The following is a list of actions taken at recent Town Board meetings. Persons wishing to see a complete approved copy of the Minutes may contact Town Clerk Barb Ceas (608-883-2017 or ceasb@idcnet.com) Board of Supervisors Meeting Tuesday, December 15, 2009 Delavan Rescue Squad request for sponsorship to LifeQuest - Board will review with accountant and insurance representative before making a decision. Plan Commission Recommendations: A. Brunner Conditional Use Amendment - Board moved to approve; B. Lundberg Certified Survey Map - Board moved to approve. Town of Whitewater Safety Patrol - Board moved to send $2,000 for 2009 services rendered. Comprehensive Plan Amendment Process - Board noted further discussion is needed. Appointment of Election Officials - B.J.Douglass, Elaine Gronert, Jesse Butt, Mary Mack, Laura Myers, Jane Roberts, Sally Rowley, Shirley Steele, Ann Venema were appointed for the two year term beginning January 1, 2010. Town of Lafayette letter to Walworth County LURM - Board moved to send letter of support. Truck Purchase/Proposed Budget Amendment - Board moved to approve a budget resolution in the amount of $140,000 to be taken from the Highway Equipment Reserve Fund pending approval from the December 28, 2009 Special Town Meeting. Regular Business - Minutes of the previous Board Meeting, Treasurer's Report, and Payment of Town Bills were approved by the Board. Board adjourned into Closed Session per WI 19.85(1)(c).
